Born in Trenton, Andy was a lifelong area resident. He served in the U.S. Airforce and was formerly employed by Trane in Trenton.

Son of the late Andrew J. and Annamae Kollatsch Tarbay Sr., he is survived by a son, Andrew Jason Tarbay of Trenton and a daughter, Jenifer Tarbay of Trenton.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday (Dec. 19) at 7 p.m. at the Buklad Memorial Home, 2141 S. Broad St., in Hamilton. Friends may call Tuesday evening (Dec. 19) from 5-7 p.m. at the Memorial Home.
