BROWNS MILLS - Marcia Stokes Cook, 54, passed on November 13, 2013, at Virtua Hospice, with her loving family by her side. Marcia was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and was an area resident her whole life. Graduating from Hamilton High West, Marcia worked for the state of New Jersey her entire working life, most recently as an administrative assistant for the department of health. She was preceded in death by her father, Russell F. Stokes Jr. She is survived by her mother, Wilma Stokes; her husband, Albert T. Cook; her children, Arthur Hughes and Santana, Justin Cook and his wife, Sherri, and Albert F. Cook. Also surviving are her brother, David Stokes and his wife, Susan; and two sisters, Vicki Watkins and Sabrina Collazo. There are too many nieces and nephews and good friends to mention them all. A memorial will be held on Nov. 23 from 2 to 6 p.m. at 7 Bear Branch Rd. Trenton, NJ 08610. Family and friends are invited. Arrangements are under the direction of Ocean County Cremation Service, Toms River.
