HAMILTON - Vincent P. Foran, 52, of Hamilton passed away on Saturday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
Born in Trenton, Vincent was a lifelong area resident. A Hamilton High School West graduate of the class of 1977, he was not only a strong supporter of its football team, Vincent was the equipment manager for the Hornets. He was awarded a lifetime membership of REACT, and received an award from Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for giving over 700 hours in volunteer work. He was a member of the St. Raphael's/Holy Angels Parish at St. Raphael's. Vincent was also a volunteer for the Marine Toys for Tots program and the Christmas Food Basket program. He was an avid sports fan of all sports.
Son of the late James B. and Gloria St. Cyr Foran, he is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Kathleen Foran of Springfield Township, and Edward and Sherri Foran of Hamilton; a sister and brother-in-law, Renee and Jack Ryan of Cleveland, NY; seven nieces and nephews, Collin, Kelly, Erin, Mark, Lauren, Alexandra, and Brian; several aunts; an uncle; many cousins, and lots of friends.
The funeral will be held on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. from the Buklad Yardville Memorial Chapel, 30 Yardville Allentown Rd. in Yardville, with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 9 a.m. in St. Raphael's Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hamilton. Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the memorial chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Vincent's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association , Northern New Jersey Office, Center Pointe II, Suite 103, 1160 Route 22 East, Bridgewater, NJ 08807, (732) 469-7979.
