FLINT, Michigan Jacqueline Barnes -McMillan, 41, died Dec. 9, 2000 at McLaren Regional Medical Center.

Born in Trenton on March 16, 1959, she was a longtime resident before moving to Flint four years ago. Mrs. McMillan worked with Faith Access to Community Economic Development Corp., Flint. She became an evangelist under the leadership of Bishop Edward Brittingham at Agape Love Ministries of ACCES, Trenton. She was a former member of St. Phillip's Baptist Church, Hamilton, N.J., and member of Rising Star Baptist Church in Michigan.

She attended Hamilton Township public schools and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in public administration. Daughter of the late Howard and Nellie Barnes , she is survived by her husband, the Rev. Eugene McMillan; two daughters, Janell and Jovan McMillan of Flint; two stepdaughters, Catrice McRae and Lynette McMillan of Trenton; a brother, Steve Barnes of Trenton; two grandchildren; three brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Lemuel and Wilford McMillan, Terrance T. and Mary McMillan, and Gwen Campbell; two uncles, Nathaniel and Richard Roberts; an aunt, Robbie Neale; her godparents, Robert and Ann Moore; and friends.

Funeral will be 6 p.m. Sunday at St. Phillip's Baptist Church, 445 Parkinson Ave., Hamilton, with the Rev. Hubert R. Hunter, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be 10 a.m. Monday at Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton. Calling hours will be 4 p.m. until service Sunday at the church. Arrangements are by Campbell Funeral Chapel, Trenton.
